Add grated coconut mix over heat...

Mould and portion..

Stopped at a bee farm for honey tea, candied ginger, peanut brittle, dried bananas and lotus seeds...

Rather than show us the bees and the hives our guide bought out a snake..
We didn't like the guide thought he was a dickhead!! Which was a problem seeing as we had to put up with him for two days..

I managed to spot a hive as we left though...

Boat petrol station...

The exotic fruits are amazing in asia!

Cu Chi Tunnels & Ho Chi Minh city.

The small farming town of Cu Chi and its people refused to give up their way of life and just let the American through to destroy their livelihood.

This is a bamboo trap that they used to use to catch animals then during the war used on american soldiers..
Over a number of years the Cu Chi people created a network of tunnels which stretched over 200km. They had to live in these tunnels to escape the bombings and american troops...

Some of these traps look a bit inhumane but these people didn't have the weapons and artillery that the americans had...

They call this one the lady boy trap hahahaha!

The Cu Chi people made these shoes out of old tyres, but made the soles the wrong way round so that when the americans followed them they would go the wrong way....

Ho Chi Minh city 8 million people and 6 million motorbikes..
